Looking for a Civil Engineer Co-op for Summer and Fall Semesters 2022 to join our survey/engineering team in Butler County (30 minutes north of Cincinnati) working on transportation design projects.

What a BCEO Civil Engineer Co-op is all about:

  • You will get hands-on survey field experience with our Professional Surveyor
  • As an important part of the project team and under the supervision of Professional Engineers, you will learn to utilize and further develop your CAD skills in Microstation on a variety of urban and rural roadway design projects in Butler County
  • You will not just sit behind a desk! This is both an inside and outside co-op position.

What you need to make an impact:

  • You are a current student in good academic standing, with completion of at least one year of undergraduate work, pursuing a degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university
  • Able to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm during either the Summer or Fall Semester, 2022
  • Good driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD experience is not necessary but preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a team setting
  • Housing and transportation to/from work is the responsibility of the co-op
